After seven working days the deck and hull are removed from the mold and brought
into the fitting room. The cured deck and hull are then hand fitted together and test
fitted several times before they are finally bonded together to form a uni body
construction. We have designed a locking system which gives us a wider area bond. This insures more bonded surface, thus a more secure and solid bond. The boat is then rolled over to further bond and fill all remaining seams to complete the uni body. |

All divider and bulk heads are constructed out
of fiber reinforced board, then gelcoated to add the finish touches and insure climate and saturation protection. |

 All the interior boxes are fiberglassed and gelcoated. This is a very time consuming process but it gives the boat the detailed appearance and adds the extra protection and touch of class you expect from a custom built boat. |
