After the gel coating we hand lay multiple layers of fiber glass to the boat. We use a
combination of cloth, mat, woven roving, and core mats strategically placed to insure
uniform strength and consistency. After the gel coating we hand lay multiple layers of fiberglass to the boat. High stress areas and areas of abuse are reinforced with extra fiberglass and bracing.

| Composite Keel and Stringer System |
|
|
| . |
We fiberglass a full length composite keel and stringer system
into our hulls to add a rigid backbone to the boats integrity. This process is done
while still in the mold to ensure trueness with the hull. A fiber reinforced
floor system is then bonded to the keel and stringers. Our floor system
contains a declining step system for the water drainage to travel to the
sump. Keeping the runoff water on top of the floor. The transom is also glassed and tied to the keel and stringer. Extra transom braces and extra flotation boxes add to the transom strength and flotation security. |

| Foam Injection Hull |

|
| . |
| Our hull floors are placed under a ton of pressure, then shot full of high density foam which is used to produce a one piece structure with added flotation security. |
|
| After the flotation foam is applied it is totally sealed in fiberglass to preserve the foam in a moisture free environment and prevent water saturation. |
